If you possess a Mental Health Care Plan issued by a treating medical professional within the last 12 months and wish to receive the rebate of $96.65, kindly bring it with you to your initial psychological consultation. If not, we look forward to you attending your initial session with us.
Payments (in full) are processed at the end of each session, we accept payment via credit or debit card.
Cancellations with 24 hours or less notice will result in the full fee of the scheduled session.
If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate($96.65 medicare rebate available with a valid Mental Health Care Plan), we can process it immediately (Note: rebates are only able to be processed and deposited directly into savings or cheque accounts). Alternatively, if you prefer to claim your rebate independently, we will provide you with a receipt that you can submit at a time that is convenient for you. Our goal is to offer flexibility and convenience in managing the financial aspect of your treatment.
If you are a member of a private health fund, you may be eligible to seek reimbursement for psychological services. We recommend verifying the specific rebate amount with your health fund, as rebates can significantly differ between funds, and some funds may not provide any rebate at all.
